The Blue Peace Media Community continues to work on developing a regional platform on water and WEFE journalism, knowledge sharing and communication. The platform aims to bridge the gap between science, policy/decision making and regional media by enabling WEFE-related exchanges and information sharing among journalists and media influencers interested in water and the WEFE Nexus approach.
Building on the achievements of the Blue Peace Media Lab, the platform works towards the long-term vision of creating a diverse regional network of active, motivated citizens dedicated to advancing a new WEFE narrative of shared benefits.
The activities of the Blue Peace Media Community are implemented by Media in Cooperation and Transition (MiCT) and cewas Middle East in close collaboration with the Blue Peace Middle East Regional Mechanism.
